LSGRA Organization
Lakeshore Gardens Residents Association (LSGRA) exists to promote the general welfare of members through its unified group strength. Its primary role is to address and resolve disputes or concerns of its members or with the Park itself, including the Park’s lease terms, lease conditions, and rental fees. When necessary, LSGRA’s range extends to the City of Carlsbad and the County of San Diego. Its voice extends to the State of California through its membership in the Golden State Manufactured-Home Owners League (GSMOL).  LSGRA also augments our members’ life choices offering specialized programs which focus on their health, safety and welfare.
