The Lakeshore Gardens Residents Association brings residents together to support a strong, informed, and engaged community. Through a variety of programs and activities, we help residents understand their rights, protections, and responsibilities as mobile home owners. We encourage all residents to join LSGRA and GSMOL and help us continue to be “The Voice of the Community.”

Our Lakeshore Gardens Residents Association is a member of the Golden State Mobile Home Owners’ League, an organization that advocates for Mobile Home Owners in California, at the State Capitol, GSMOL Chapter 0863, Zone D, Region 7.

Membership: $15/yr per household | $25/2 yrs per household | $35/3 yrs per household
Meetings: 2nd Saturday, every other month at 10:30 am (Sunset Room) unless otherwise mentioned.
